Etienne Dinner

Etienne Dinner's practice is concentrated in the energy, infrastructure, and mining sectors in France and French-speaking Africa, with a particular focus on energy-related investments (gas and electricity, including thermal, nuclear, and renewable power production). He has been involved in the negotiation and drafting of construction, industrial, and investment agreements, corporate aspects of energy-related joint ventures, and complex M&A transactions in the African mining sector.

Etienne recently advised on several large mining M&A transactions in the Democratic Republic of Congo, involving major players such as ENRC or the OM Group. His current work includes negotiating operation, maintenance, and long-term service agreements for power plants and advising on the regulatory aspects of call for tender procedures in the French power production sector.
