Evan S. Hirsch

Evan Hirsch focuses his practice on representing individuals and companies engaged in real estate and business transactions. His clients include manufacturers and service providers in various industries, as well as tenants, landlords, developers, and lending institutions. Evan has experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, development, financing, leasing, and joint venture formation. He is also experienced in business acquisitions and sales, corporate organization/governance, and general contract drafting and review.

Evan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and Ohio State Bar Association. In addition, he serves on the board of directors for Montefiore, a nonprofit organization that offers health care services to seniors, the Orange Hill Estates Homeowners Association, and the Orange Village Volunteer Fire Fighters Dependent Fund. Evan also serves as a member at large of the Village Council of Orange Village, Ohio. [1]
