Fabrice Fages

Fabrice Fages is a litigator in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and Co-chair of the Paris office Litigation & Trial Department. His practice focuses on regulated sectors such as financial institutions and energy, with a particular experience in mass litigation.

He also advises clients in connection with arbitration and financial disputes. In addition to his primary focus, he has been extensively involved in French and European public policy matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Fages worked for the French Senate on various business and financial law drafts for a three-year period (1999-2002) and at the French National Assembly.

Mr. Fages also worked as a lecturer for the University of Paris I (Sorbonne University) for a five-year period (1994-99). He still teaches litigation at the University of Paris I, the Ecole Centrale de Paris and the University of Cairo.

He is a founding member of the Comity of financial law of Paris Europlace. He is also Honorary President of Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defence (ANAJ- IHEDN), association attached to this Institute, which is directly linked to the Prime Minister’s services in charge of promoting the strategic issues of national defence and international relations.
