Florence Moulin

Florence Moulin focuses her practice on structuring alternative investment funds (private equity, debt, infrastructure, and real estate) with respect to both tax and legal aspects, such as establishing fund regulations or corporate bylaws and their commercial documentation (PPM), negotiating with French and foreign LPs or GPs, and carried interest and performance fee issues.

Florence works on the formation and approval of investment services providers (including management companies) in relation to the AMF (the French financial markets authority) and the ACPR (French prudential supervisory authority) and advises on secondary operations (sales of portfolios and of management companies).
