Florent Bouyer

Florent Bouyer has significant experience in capital markets, public M&A, and complex corporate and securities law matters. He advises on a wide array of capital markets transactions, including tender offers, equity offerings, equity-linked and debt offerings, IPOs, public and private placements, block trades, dual listings, and delistings. Florent also handles all commercial law questions as well as regulatory issues relating to AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) and corporate governance.

Florent's experience includes representations of issuers or financial institutions in transactions involving Ingenico, CGG, Neopost, Assystem (convertible bonds); Nanobiotix, Naturex, Rubis, and Voltalia (rights offerings); DBV Technologies (private placement); BioAmber, Criteo, Supersonic Imagine (IPOs); and Wabtec and Stallergenes (public M&A).
