Franck van Uden practices in the areas of employment law and employee benefits with particular emphasis on litigation and arbitration. In addition, he focuses on professional services firms and their partners.

Franck advises and litigates on a broad range of Dutch and European employment matters. He has experience in the areas of executive hiring and firing, boardroom and partnership disputes, business restructurings and collective dismissals, executive remuneration and share-based compensation, compliance and investigations, (European) works councils and restrictive covenants. Franck further concentrates on whistleblowing and human rights, including issues related to discrimination, free speech, privacy, religion, collective bargaining and industrial action. [1]
