Fridays Waiting

Fridays Waiting was formed in 2009 in Wichita Ks.

In March 2009 Fridays waiting hit the live music circuit with a unique sound that was quickly coined as Tribal Alternative. The unique sound drew a cult following for fans with the taste for something different than the norm.

To date Fridays Waiting has played numerous shows in many states and earned the much deserved respect of promoters, venues, bands, and fans across the nation

Their 6th member revolving door "curse" has produced the expanded taste and sound of this ever evolving uniform. Such artist as Jason Deberry, Brandon Schmeidler, Jeremy Woll and DJ Dark Light were short lived but very necessary experimental partnerships.

Fridays Waiting has released 4 albums to date, including, 2009 self titled 5 song CD Fridays Waiting, 2010 End of Days, 2012 VII, and 2013 double album The Black Album.

In 2013 Fridays Waiting is firing things up with new management, a new circuit pounding tour schedule, a new look, and a brand new sound.

2013 also dawns the new line up following the departure of bassist Andrew Douty and Percussionist Chris Zornes. The new line up consist of the following members.

Drummer/ Vox: Sean Liike

It's gearing up to be an amazing and eventful year for Fridays Waiting as they hit the studio to record their 5th album "The Progeny" and are currently booking dates for the 2014 "The Progeny Tour! make sure to tune in for the dawn of a new Fridays Waiting coming to a stage near you!
