Gabriel Ferran's practice focuses on the litigation aspects of French labor and employment law matters. He regularly counsels multinational companies on labor and employee-related issues in the context of restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing involving collective dismissals on economic grounds, and multijurisdictional employee transfers.

Gabriel has represented employers in litigation trials regarding dismissals based on economic and personal grounds (misconduct and professional insufficiency), harassment and discrimination of employees, and in summary proceedings with trade unions and employee representatives in the context of restructurings before French labor and criminal courts.
