Gerald L. Richman

Gerald L. Richman joined Skadden’s Energy Regulation and Litigation Group in October 2000. His primary focus is advising clients on compliance with the rules of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), particularly the regulations governing relations and transactions between electric public utilities or natural gas pipelines and their affiliates. Mr. Richman also counsels clients concerning FERC authorization of natural gas pipeline and LNG facilities, advises and represents companies that are the targets of FERC investigations and audits, and participates in FERC litigation on issues such as rates, market practices and affiliate preferences.
