"Goldwine" is a two piece Indie Electronica group from Nashville,TN.
The band is comprised of singer songwriter Sammy Barrett and producer Mathew Settle. The two met while working together at Roberts Western World, a popular bar located in the Lower Broadway district of Downtown Nashville. They began by working on Sammy's track "Rescue Dog" and with the success of the release, they then started working towards their debut LP.

With Sammy's accomplishments as an individual musician having written songs for artists such as Willie Nelson ("No Mas Amor"), Alison Krauss, ("No Mas Amor") and new artist Britt Ronstadt ("Now I Know") and Matt's career as an established producer. Composing music for artists such as Boom Bat (Last Lights EP, The Loud EP) Eon Sounds (Movie,TV) and The European Producer group SWAT team beats, the two created Goldwine in early 2014.

It is the combination of Sammy's vocal ability and deep lyrics with the Dark Bass heavy synths that Matt Is known for that helped create a genre that is all it's own. The band looks forward to releasing their debut self titled LP in late summer , 2014. [+]
