Grant Strother is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department and focuses his practice on representing clients in high-stakes commercial litigation. Mr. Strother handles a variety of complex civil litigation matters, with particular emphasis on securities litigation.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Strother was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell, in Menlo Park, CA, where he represented financial institutions in several securities cases; a special committee of a technology company’s board of directors in the largest-ever high-tech acquisition; and a national sporting association on antitrust issues.
While in law school, Mr. Strother was a teaching fellow for Harvard Law School’s Negotiation Workshop and was awarded the Fisher-Sander Prize for the best paper related to negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
Before attending law school, Mr. Strother was a business analyst at McKinsey & Company.
