Grayson K. Sieg

Grayson Sieg joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2015. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2015, Grayson served as a naval flight officer in the United States Navy from 2003 through 2012. As a lead mission commander aboard the E-2C Hawkeye early warning radar aircraft, he flew 57 combat missions over Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, amassing more than 1,200 flight hours and 120 aircraft carrier landings. His other tours include serving as executive officer of the Naval Reserve Center in Akron, Ohio and assistant professor of naval science at Boston University. Grayson's personal awards include two Air Medals, two Navy Commendation Medals, and two Navy Achievement Medals. [1]
