Gregory K. Begaud

Greg Begaud has more than 25 years of experience in the construction and property industries having worked as a lawyer in private practice as well as in commercial roles, including for a leading international property corporation. His experience encompasses all transactional aspects of large mining, construction, infrastructure, and procurement projects, including strategic advice, the tender process, contract drafting, negotiation, and implementation throughout the construction and operations phases.

Greg has advised on a variety of major mining, construction, infrastructure, and procurement projects in the resources, energy, transport, defense, public infrastructure, IT, and property development sectors for government and private clients. Greg's recent roles include advising the Ghella/Acciona consortium on its bid to design and construct the $2.6 billion F3/M2 tunnel in Sydney, advising Resource Generation on its coal mining project in South Africa and advising SunPower on a number of solar projects including in Australia's Northern Territory.
