Greg Gordon has more than 30 years of experience in business restructurings, distress acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial litigation. He has represented debtors, lenders, creditors' committees, and buyers and sellers in out-of-court and in-court restructurings and has substantial experience with cross-border insolvencies. Greg's restructuring, distress M&A, and litigation experience involves a wide variety of industries, including energy, oil and gas, retail, chemicals, homebuilding, metals and mining, technology, timeshare, textiles, automotive, and health care.

Out-of-court and chapter 11 debtor matters include Arctic Glacier, Blake Offshore, Bondex, Doskocil, Hereford Biofuels, Kaiser Aluminum, Loewen, Pillowtex, RadioShack, and Swift Energy. Creditor representations include the Qimonda creditors' committee and creditors in Empire Land, Kimball Hill, LandSource, Mirant, and Woodside.
