Haifeng Huang's practice focuses primarily on litigation and adversarial matters as well as counseling and transactions concerning all aspects of Chinese intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, and cross-border technology transfers.

Haifeng has significant experience assisting multinational clients, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in multiple disputes in courts throughout China and before Chinese arbitration tribunals. Recent representations include assisting a leading technology company in winning patent infringement cases and defending validity challenges in Beijing, advising a well-known brand owner on successfully overturning judgments of lower courts through retrial proceedings before the Supreme People's Court, assisting a top pharmaceutical manufacturer in winning trademark infringement lawsuits in China, and representing a multinational company in a significant arbitration involving complex technology licensing issues. Two cases he counseled have been recognized by the Supreme People's Court of China as exemplary cases in 2009 and 2010. [1]
