SInce April 1st of 2011, Hazy Ray has played more than 150 shows. In addition to completing two successful tours (1st: of Texas, 2nd: Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Tennessee), Hazy Ray has played with acts ranging from Dashboard Confessional's John Lefler to Mexico City's Sour Soul. They have opened for Hunter Hayes, Everclear, and Ludacris. The band wrapped production on their debut effort "Deep and Shallow" at Houston's Wire Road Studios which was released on iTunes, Amazon, and Cd Baby April 12th of this year. Hazy Ray has been described as "Incredible" by Houston Press; hailing their song "I Keep Your Letters", "downright religious".
