The Head Turbine is a ripping ski for any skier looking to get into the deep snow anywhere they can find it. The Turbine is made with Head's TTS (Tip and Tail Stabilizer System) that has an exoskeleton that dampens vibrations that you can typically feel on wide skis with lots of rocker to give you smooth turns even on firm snow. The TTS also lowers the swingweight of the Turbine to make it very maneuverable, in tight trees and provide you with better edge control to make this beast easy to carve on the groomers, but who needs those? The TNT Rocker profile has a generous amount of rocker in the tip for great floatation, camber underfoot to give you edge hold when the snow is not super soft, and rocker in the tail for dumping speed when you are ready to send it off of a giant cliff. Head's Sandwich Cap Construction uses a vertical sidewall that wraps over the top edge to provide you with solid edge hold, and a lightweight feeling. The Turbine's 124mm waist charges through the soft stuff, blows crud away, and is surprisingly nimble. If you are ready for a big mountain adventure on a wide ski that is very agile when you need it to be, the Head Turbine is the ski for you! [+]
