Henning Heinrich

Henning Heinrich advises clients in the area of intellectual property with a particular focus on trademark, design, unfair competition, and copyright law. He has acted for domestic and international clients in a range of industries in design, trademark, and unfair competition litigation. He also has represented brand owners in anticounterfeiting proceedings to prevent counterfeit goods from being imported into and sold in Germany.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Henning practiced in the intellectual property department of an international law firm in Düsseldorf. Throughout his educational studies and during his legal clerkship, he worked at several leading German and international law firms in Düsseldorf and London. [1]
