Hilary K. Perkins

Hilary Perkins' practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, including pretrial discovery and trial preparation. She is currently involved in Jones Day's defense of several U.S. corporations. Her experience includes drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing fact and expert witnesses for trial.

Hilary is actively involved in pro bono work at Jones Day. Last year, she assisted in drafting and filing a brief with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in a civil rights appeal, arguing violations of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments. More recently, she received a 2013 Glenda Hatchett Volunteer of the Year Award from the Truancy Intervention Project in Atlanta, Georgia for her representation of children in Juvenile Court truancy proceedings as well as for her work with children in the early intervention program.
