Hiromitsu Miyakawa

Hiromitsu Miyakawa has broad experience in antitrust law, including government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and other counseling and compliance advice, and has served as defense counsel in several major cartel prosecutions by the Fair Trade Commission of Japan. His experience also includes intellectual property law, labor law, and joint ventures, and he regularly advises clients on FCPA compliance issues.

In addition, he has served as a member of study groups at Japanese governmental organizations, including the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). Hiromitsu is Partner-in-Charge of the Firm's Tokyo Office. [1]
