Ibrahim Soumrany is an associate in the Riyadh office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Corporate Department. Mr. Soumrany’s experience includes a broad range of capital markets, general corporate and finance matters. He represents regional and international financial institutions and public and private companies on a wide variety of complex transactions including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment funds, securities offerings in addition to conventional and Islamic financings.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Soumrany practiced in the Beirut and Riyadh offices of a leading regional law firm. Mr. Soumrany was a J. William Fulbright Scholar in Washington, D.C. for the year 2010-2011.
