Ira M. Karoll

Ira Karoll is a general litigator, with a particular focus on product liability, complex commercial disputes, and insurance coverage. He has represented and assisted in representing clients in pleadings, injunction hearings, fact and expert discovery, depositions, discovery motions, summary judgment, mediations, Daubert/Frye expert motions, pretrial motions, and appeals. He has drafted briefs for cases pending in state and federal courts throughout the U.S., including in Pennsylvania, California, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

Ira has counseled clients in the transportation industry, including during NTSB investigations. He also represents clients in the energy industry. Ira is representing a client in a dispute with former employees regarding oil and gas rights in the Marcellus Shale formation.
