Iván Martín Barbón has more than ten years of experience representing Spanish and foreign financial entities and corporations in a wide range of banking and finance transactions, with particular emphasis on financing for renewable energy projects (wind parks, solar and thermal plants, and biomass and cogeneration plants), business restructuring and reorganization, debt portfolio acquisitions, distressed debt, and structured finance.
