Jaclyn Stahl represents corporate clients in a wide array of commercial matters in state and federal courts. She has experience in various aspects of litigation including early dispute resolution, case management, discovery, pretrial motions, and trial preparation. Jaclyn's practice has included matters concerning consumer class actions, unfair business practices claims, intellectual property disputes, contract disputes, and trade secret misappropriation claims. In addition, she is involved in litigation arising out of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act, particularly with respect to program and facility access and the accessibility of internet websites. Jaclyn also has represented public sector clients regarding claims under the California and United States Constitutions.Jaclyn is active in the Orange County community, volunteering at the Public Law Center's Federal Pro Se Clinic and assisting pro bono clients with guardianship petitions in partnership with the Alliance for Children's Rights. She is also a member of the Young Professionals of Orange County (YPOC) and co-chair of YPOC's annual fundraising event benefitting Children's Bureau.
