Jacques-Albert Weil

Jacques-Albert Weil's practice focuses on the restructuring and reorganization of distressed companies. He assists stakeholders (managers, shareholders, creditors, and bondholders) of companies in crisis in pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings. He regularly advises French and international companies, investment funds, and managers on insolvency-related issues and defends their interests in commercial disputes. Jacques-Albert also has experience in M&A matters and advises purchasers on the takeover of assets or businesses of distressed companies, including share capital transactions and funding.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2015, Jacques-Albert worked in the Paris offices of French and British international law firms. [1]
