Jaime Rodriguez's practice is focused on advising clients on the complex labor and employment regulations in Mexico. He has extensive experience in Mexican Federal Labor Law (FLL) involving structuring outsourcing schemes, compensation plans for executives, and strategies for transferring employees as a result of corporate restructurings, as well as in investigations and terminations affecting white-collar employees and representing clients in individual and collective labor litigations.

Jaime has advised Mexican and foreign companies on labor procedures and has litigated labor claims before local and federal Conciliation and Arbitration Labor Boards. He has successfully handled massive employee terminations as part of implementing employee restructuring strategies. He also has participated in designing and coordinating employee transfers in Mexico that have resulted from mergers, acquisitions, and/or spin-offs. [1]
