Jameson C. Rohrer

Jameson Rohrer has experience in complex commercial litigation involving fraud, environmental matters, health care payor/provider disputes, general contract litigation, and First Amendment claims. He has assisted with motions practice, discovery, and preparation for preliminary hearings, arbitration, and trial. Jameson represents a national credit reporting agency in Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation, for which he manages pleadings, discovery, and negotiation.

Jameson contributes to an ongoing project that tracks regional and national developments impacting Marcellus and Utica Shale drilling and energy production. He is also committed to the Firm's pro bono program. His most significant pro bono efforts have supported a series of religious entities' constitutional challenges to the Affordable Care Act. Jameson recently served on a fundraising committee for the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium. [1]
