Jamie Boucher is a partner in Skadden’s Financial Institutions Regulation and Enforcement Group and leads the firm’s sanctions and anti-money laundering practice. She is also a member of the firm’s governing body, the Policy Committee. Ms. Boucher’s practice focuses on financial institution mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and enforcement matters. Her clients include U.S. and international banks, thrifts, mortgage lenders, insurance, securities, money service businesses and investment companies. She represented clients on various aspects of federal lending, capital and liquidity support programs, including those established pursuant to the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008. She also advises clients on the implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act and strategic transactional and compliance responses to the Act.
