Jamieson Greer

Jamieson Greer’s practice focuses on litigation and regulatory matters involving trade remedies, U.S. and international trade policy, and export controls. Mr. Greer’s experience includes representing manufacturers before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Commerce with respect to the imposition of antidumping and countervailing duties on imports of foreign goods. Mr. Greer also advises clients on international trade agreements and matters in the World Trade Organization dispute settlement system. Additionally, Mr. Greer has significant experience guiding aerospace, defense, high-tech and energy firms through the complex export control regime administered by the U.S. State Department, U.S. Commerce Department and other agencies.
