Janine Cone Metcalf

Janine Metcalf practices in the area of complex civil litigation in a variety of federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations. She focuses on matters involving fraud, product liability, internal investigations, securities litigation, and banking and finance litigation.

Janine served as lead counsel for KeyBank National Association in complex federal court litigation regarding disputes relating to one of the largest developments in Louisiana. She also has represented Southern Company in a multibillion dollar fraudulent conveyance action brought by the creditors of its former subsidiary, Mirant Corporation, as well as a related securities class action litigation.
