Janine Farrell is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Department and International Arbitration and Public International Law Practices. Ms. Farrell has a broad range of contentious and non-contentious experience, specializing in financial services litigation, white collar crime, bribery and corruption, global cartel investigations and other international dispute resolution matters. She has advised on disputes in various jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, Kuwait, Japan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the USA.
Ms. Farrell qualified as a solicitor at Latham & Watkins in September 2011, having trained with the firm in the Litigation & Trial Department and Public International Law, Corporate M&A and Project Finance Practices. As part of the training program, she spent six months in the firm’s Singapore office, advising on large project finance transactions in the energy industry. Ms. Farrell is actively involved in the firm’s pro bono program, acting for a number of charitable organizations.
