Jason Diego

Jason Diego is an alternative/rock-pop, singer-songwriter. He started his professional music career in August 2012. He has released two singles accompanied by music videos, “Lovin” (September 2012) and “Save Face” produced by Speeshbeats (April 2013). Jason Diego is a first generation Filipino-American, born in Los Angeles and raised in Pomona, CA. Since the age of three, his mother and father had heavily influenced his music. Jason is a unique artist, his abilities to blend alternative/rock with a bit of R&B smoothly, is amazing. Many are intrigued by his vocal abilities, a unique rock rasp mixed with smooth airy tones and the capabilities of belting the note to really feel the grunge, but with control.

His resume of shows is impressive from House of Blues in Hollywood, The Wire, Awards Show at the Celebrity Center in Hollywood, San Diego Padres' Pre-Game Show, Pasadena at the Terrace, and many local venues in the Inland Empire like Back to the Grind, It's A Grind and Mission Tobacco Lounge to name a few.

In 2013, Jason has performed in many music festival especially in San Diego like: Amp Music Festival, FilAm Fest and Latern Music Festival.
Other than shows and festivals; Jason has also dedicated/performed for the American Cancer Society Relays, many benefit shows like "Rock it for Kenya" in Rancho Cucamonga and many grade-school functions.

Jason Diego has also opened for International music legends like Rico Puno and Florante. Jason's work is always recognized in the Artist in the Plus (Google+) which He was one 80+ artists who is played for the Online Music Festival 2013 in September with the estimated 900,000+ fans who watched online from all over the world.

He has received many recognitions and awards: Young Artist Awards 2013 at the Celebrity Centre International under the singer/songwriter category, Reverbnation ranked Jason #3 in the Inland Empire for three weeks straight. Recognized in an article in the LA Music Examiner, and has performed/interview on the Halo Halo Show board-casted in So California.

Jason’s music is written on his experiences that he has gone through in life. His musical inspirations are Boys 2 Men, Richard Marx, The Muse, The Killers and The Eagles.
