Jason G. Winchester

Jason Winchester is a trial lawyer who divides his practice between commercial and IP litigation.

Jason has successfully represented clients in a broad range of complex matters, including False Claims Act cases, class actions, contract disputes, products liability, securities, and constitutional challenges. Recently, Jason represented R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in a contract dispute with dozens of states. Jones Day handled nine trials and achieved a significant recovery for the client. Jason also represented Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. in its successful defense of a $40 billion hostile tender offer. Early in his career, Jason second-chaired a highly-publicized jury trial involving a group known as the "DuPage 7," in which our client was acquitted. [1]
