Jay Strozdas is an associate in the firm’s Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice.
Mr. Strozdas represents motion picture studios, independent production companies, financial institutions, and other entertainment and media clients. He advises on a variety of transactional matters related to financing, production, acquisition, distribution and exploitation of motion pictures, television programs and other media-related assets. Mr. Strozdas has also advised clients on general corporate and intellectual property transactions.
Mr. Strozdas received his law degree summa cum laude from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, Mr. Strozdas was the chief articles editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and vice president of the Student Bar Association. He also authored "Trendlines: Court Decisions, Proposed Legislation, and Their Likely Impact on Binational Same-Sex Families," 44 LOY. LA REV. 1339 (2011). Prior to attending law school, Mr. Strozdas worked at HBO in business affairs.
