Jennifer A. Bunting-Graden

Jennifer Bunting-Graden's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, and she has represented clients in product liability, consumer credit, securities, franchise, and other general commercial matters. She has experience with every phase of litigation, from discovery to motions practice to trial and appeal. Jennifer also has managed multiple arbitrations of commercial disputes on behalf of both claimants and respondents, and her experience includes defending the validity of arbitration clauses, conducting arbitration proceedings, and enforcing arbitral awards.

Jennifer has an active pro bono practice, and she recently secured a grant of asylum for a client fleeing persecution based on his sexual orientation.
