Jennifer Koh is a partner in the San Diego office where she focuses on patent litigation and related counseling, representing clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
Ms. Koh practices patent litigation in matters pertaining to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, molecular diagnostics and DNA sequencing. Her experience includes trial and appellate work in cases arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
Ms. Koh has successfully litigated numerous patent cases through trial that resulted in either favorable judgments or settlement permitting product launch.
Prior to law school, Ms. Koh's research experience encompassed tissue engineering, medical devices, biomaterials, microfabrication, and cell-based drug discovery assays at Duke University and the University of California, San Diego.
