JB Dulac is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Dulac represents public and private companies in a variety of strategic transactions including:
- Joint Ventures
Ms. Dulac advises startup companies, in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, through formation and growth strategies, including matters related to securities, employment and intellectual property. She represents both companies and institutional investors in financing transactions ranging from angel rounds to later stage venture capital and private equity investments.
Ms. Dulac also counsels issuers and underwriters in connection with public securities offerings, in particular including follow-on offerings and related FINRA compliance. Ms. Dulac regularly works with publicly held companies and affiliates on SEC compliance, proxy solicitations and corporate governance.
While in law school, Ms. Dulac competed on behalf of BU Law as a regional delegate in the ACS Constance Baker Motley National Moot Court Competition, the ABA Negotiation Competition and the ABA Client Counseling Competition. Ms. Dulac also served as a director for BU Law’s Competitions Program and worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Joseph L. Tauro of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dulac practiced in the Boston office of another leading law firm.
