Jessica C. Casey

Jessica Casey's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. She is experienced with all aspects of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on managing pretrial discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation.

Jessica has defended and counseled domestic and international clients in connection with a variety of commercial contract disputes, securities litigation, and Fair Credit Reporting Act claims. She also has recent experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of corporate boards and board committees. She was previously involved in Jones Day's defense of the "Engle progeny" smoking and health lawsuits brought against R.J. Reynolds in Florida. [1]
