Jessica M. Hawk

Jessica Hawk focuses her practice on commercial litigation, and has represented clients in a wide variety of matters in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. Jessica's practice has included matters involving torts, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims against officers and directors, consumer class actions, internal investigations, and high-stakes bankruptcy litigation. She has broad experience in various aspects of litigation, including motion practice, briefing, depositions, witness preparation, and fact and expert discovery.
