John C. Lin

John Lin's practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and technology transactions. John's representative transactions include: MediaTek's merger with MStar Semiconductor, SpringSoft's merger with Synopsys, Micron Technology's sponsorship of Elpida Memory reorganization and acquisition of Rexchip, Micron Technology's joint venture in Inotera Memories with Nanya Technology, Fresenius Medical Care's renal care joint venture with Excelsior Group, Lincoln Electric Company's acquisition of the China welding businesses of Kuang Tai Metal, and TSMC's acquisition of Motech.
