Jonathan Drory is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Drory’s practice focuses on general company representation, private and public securities offerings, and securities regulation. Mr. Drory also counsels public companies regarding their public reporting obligations, corporate governance matters and other issues related to public company status.
Mr. Drory’s recent transactional experience includes approximately US$1.3 billion in various equity and debt offerings by a prominent REIT client and a US$1 billion private offering of senior notes by an NYSE corporation to fund a previously announced acquisition.
Mr. Drory is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and also earned a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School. While attending law school, Mr. Drory served as a Senior Editor of The University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
