Jonathan Sack's practice focuses on the representation of management in labor and employment disputes. Jonathan regularly assists with collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations involving the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). He also has experience in defending employers against class action and single plaintiff claims under state and federal laws, including wage and hour laws. Jonathan's practice also includes assisting in the defense of lawsuits under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). Additionally, he counsels clients in litigation avoidance and advises them on their labor and employment policies and practices.
