Jordan Feirman

Jordan Feirman’s primary practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with experience handling all stages of cases involving copyrights, trademarks, false advertising, domain name disputes, counterfeit goods, contract disputes and consumer class actions. In addition to serving on the Copyright and Literary Property Committee of the New York City Bar, Mr. Feirman has written and contributed to articles, treatise chapters and amicus briefs addressing emerging issues in copyright, trademark and unfair competition law, including coauthoring multiple amicus briefs filed in the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the International Trademark Association. In addition, Mr. Feirman represents a variety of musicians, artists and authors on a pro bono basis, and has experience consulting on intellectual property matters for corporate mergers and acquisitions.
