He has extensive experience in leveraged buyout/venture capital transactions, financial and corporate restructurings, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling. In addition, Joe advises biotechnology and emerging growth companies on securing and protecting intellectual property rights, forming joint ventures and strategic alliances, and engaging in technology transfer and commercialization of intellectual property activities.
