Julie M. Baker

Julie Baker focuses her practice on representing employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters. She has experience in wage and hour disputes arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act and various state laws and in discrimination lawsuits arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and various state laws. She has worked on both single plaintiff cases and class actions and has been involved in all aspects of litigation, including briefing and motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, and witness preparation.

In addition to litigation, Julie counsels employers on a range of labor and employment compliance issues, including wage and hour issues, employee handbooks, personnel actions, separation agreements, and noncompetition agreements. [1]
