Jumana Rahman is a counsel in the London office. Her practice focuses primarily on complex commercial cross-border litigation, with a particular focus on funds litigation, banking and financial services litigation, and insurance-related disputes.
Ms. Rahman has significant experience of complex commercial cross-border litigation, including professional negligence disputes and claims arising out of insolvency scenarios. In recent years, she has represented companies in the banking and financial services sectors, investment and hedge funds, and alternative investment structures in proceedings in various jurisdictions. In particular, she has been involved in disputes in, amongst others, the following jurisdictions: the Bahamas, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, the Channel Islands, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Singapore, Ukraine and the USA.
