Kate Wallace

Kate Wallace's practice focuses on criminal and civil antitrust and unfair competition litigation. She has extensive experience representing companies in nationwide consumer class actions and in complex civil litigation through trial, in both state and federal courts. Kate also represents companies in antitrust government investigations and enforcement actions, merger reviews, and counseling.

Kate represents clients in a variety of industries, including health care, technology, retail, grocery stores, and car rental. In 2012, Kate was part of the trial team that obtained a defense jury verdict on an antitrust group boycott claim filed against Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. She also helped obtain a defense jury verdict on antitrust claims filed against Macy's and The May Company, a verdict which was ranked as one of the "Top Ten Defense Verdicts" of 2007 by the Daily Journal.
