Katherine Palmer-Ball is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department. Ms. Palmer-Ball’s practice focuses on securities litigation, internal corporate investigations and white collar criminal defense. She has experience representing both corporate and individual clients in connection with shareholder class actions, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations and anti-corruption matters involving the World Bank Group and other multilateral development banks. Ms. Palmer-Ball is also an active participant in Latham's pro bono program.
While in law school, Ms. Palmer-Ball served as a judicial extern for Judge Joan B. Gottschall, United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. In addition, she was an associate editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.
