Kathryn A. Worthington

Kathryn Worthington is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Ms. Worthington’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations and securities litigation. She has experience representing clients in connection with governmental investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice, specifically in relation to potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and securities fraud, as well as in representing clients in federal securities class action litigation. Ms. Worthington is also an active participant in Latham’s pro bono program. 

While in law school, Ms. Worthington worked as a law clerk in the Narcotics Enforcement Section of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California. She served as an Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law & Public Policy and a Managing Editor for the Legal Information Institute Supreme Court Bulletin.
