Katlyn Lowe

Katlyn Lowe is a singer songwriter who recently moved to Nashville, TN. Katlyn grew up in Jacksonville, FL and has been singing since she was very young. At the age of twelve, Katlyn started writing songs and performing around her hometown. In the spring of 2011, Katlyn released her first original single entitled, "Maybe Someday". The song caught the attention of the local radio station WQIK. Katlyn was brought in to do an interview and play live on WQIK. "Maybe Someday" has also been featured on two of Nashville's country stations, WKDF and WSM. In the fall of 2011, Katlyn released her second single titled "I Tell Myself". The song was also written by Katlyn and showed a more vulnerable side to her. A few weeks after its release, "I Tell Myself" had its first radio debut. Katlyn has had the opportunity to open for Nashville recording artist Sunny Sweeney and was invited to play during CMA Fest 2012 at the Just Kickin Saloon in Nashville. Katlyn won "Song of the Year" for her song "Maybe Someday" at the Nashville Universe awards. She also recently took home the win for the "Song Connections" competition for her song "All I Know". Katlyn has worked with country singer Linda Davis, who is best known for her duet with Reba on "Does He Love You". Katlyn has also sang for Linda Davis and Hillary Scott from Lady Antebellum. Katlyn's first EP was released in April of this year and includes all original songs. Katlyn can also be seen in Luke Bryan's latest music video "Crash My Party". [+]
